Shipping Policy

All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 3 business day(s) using a certified USA Shipping Carrier. All of our products are made in the USA and will be shipped throughout one of nation-wide shipping locations. We offer same-day shipping as long as you make a decision and order by noon 12:00 EST .

A 15% product total fee will apply for canceling an order after 24hrs notice.

We work fast, and make sure to offer same-day shipping. All of our products will be shipped to your destination for free. We know you want your gaming product safe and fast so we provide tracking numbers and immediate follow ups on your satisfaction. Shipping Type

We cover standard shipping to your curbside which does not include white glove delivery service. In other words, because our prices are so competitive we cannot install them for you as well.

This option is not yet offered, due to our very large catalog.

Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled within 36 hours of the purchase you will be eligible to cancel the order for a 15% processing fee. If the order has been shipped out, the customer will have to accept the order or process shipping back to the location as well to the 15% processing fee. In case of shipping damages with a signature requirement, do not accept the package and have it returned. We will have a new one sent out.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once it is out for shipment.

Shipping Rates

Free for all of our products within the 48 Land-Domestic States. We can only ship to Alaska/Hawaii/Guam for an extra charge. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
